Shawn, this is a wonderful blog with a fabulously creative idea to set you apart from others. I found you by going through the fuelmyblog directory page for your category and am going to go vote for your blog.

You really should display the fuelmyblog widget so that people who do visit your blog can click it and vote for you there. By getting votes, you’ll rise to the leaderboard (top 100 blogs at fuel) and will receive additional publicity from being listed there.

Shawn,

Thanks for your enjoyable, and creative take on my painting! Because of your story, I now have a better understanding of why I created Peace Mission Pieces. It must be because, as Flip Wilson’s Geraldine used to say, “The Devil made me do it!”

I want you to know I tried writing this comment with my newly awarded, ScribbledStories.com pen, but your server wouldn’t upload my computer screen. The bad news is my screen is now a scribbled mess. The good news is the server accepted my more traditional keyboard approach.

Now, another dilemma! As the creator of the painting, and the father of the writer, do I vote for the image, or do I vote for the story? Tough decision.

Okay, I’ve made up my mind; fatherhood wins out. I vote for the story. According to the poll, the story is ahead by a landslide! That does little to satisfy my artistic ego, but the parent in me is proud as punch of my daughter – the writer! Way to go!
